Knitted Wire Mesh is also named gas-and-liquid wire mesh, gas liquid filter mesh, demister pad or demister mesh, the weaving method is improved from traditional sweater knitting method, the wire diameter from 0.1mm to 0.55mm, and our machine could weave with multi-strand if wire diameter less than 0.3mm.
Main purposes: Gas liquid mesh usually be used for filtering and deleting the particle mixture in foam, liquid and air, by way of distillation, absorbing, evaporating and filtering process, in petroleum, chemicals, metallurgy, machine, pharmaceuticals, automobile and environmental protection.

Demister Pad
Demister pad is composed by Knitted mesh and other supporting materials. it is also called mist pad, wire mesh demister, mesh mist eliminator, catching mist, mist eliminator, is used in gas entrained mist separation column to guarantee the filtering efficiency.
Demister pad is commonly placed at the top of the packing tower, which can not only ensure the mass transfer efficiency, but also reduce the board spacing. Demister pad is widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, light industry, metallurgy and other industrial production in the vertical cylindrical equipment vapor-liquid separation device. It can also be used in the de-sulfurization and other productions to remove oil mist, toxic and poisonous gas.
